Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and AuraSeller ("AuraSeller", "we") for using auraseller.online, the web app, the helper app and the Chrome extension (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give correct details.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Only connect seller accounts that you own or are allowed to manage.

2. Price and support

• During early access every feature of the Service is free.
• You can choose to support us with a voluntary payment. It does not buy a plan or unlock features. Support payments follow our refund policy.
• If we introduce paid plans in future, we will announce them on the pricing page and tell users by email or in the app at least 30 days before any change applies to them.

3. Fair use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, or to break the rules of Meesho, Flipkart or any other marketplace.
• Try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the Service, or access other users' data.
• Share your account with people outside your business, or resell the Service without our written permission.

4. Marketplaces

AuraSeller is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meesho or Flipkart. The Service works with the reports and pages those marketplaces provide to sellers. If a marketplace changes its website, reports or rules, some features may stop working until we update them. You remain responsible for following each marketplace's seller policies, including for listings and images you create with the Service.

5. Your data

Your business data stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy.

6. Numbers are a guide

Profit, payout and return figures are calculated from the data available to the Service and the costs you enter. Estimates (such as expected payouts) can differ from what you finally receive. Please check important numbers against your marketplace statements; they are not tax, legal or accounting advice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change removes something important you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after telling you why where possible.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction where AuraSeller is based.
