Profit & Loss Dashboard
Meesho shows you sales. It does not show you profit. The dashboard joins your orders, your payment reports, your product cost and your other costs, and shows the money you actually made - for this month, last month or any dates you pick.

Every number explained
Each card on the dashboard has a small (i) button that says exactly how it is worked out. In short:
- Net Profit / Loss - payments received minus product cost, packaging, ads, and your fixed monthly costs (CA fee and other costs).
- Total Payment Received - the final settlement amount from your payment files for orders in the range, including the money cut on returns.
- Product cost (COGS) - your cost price x quantity, counted only for delivered and exchanged orders.
- Return Rate - customer returns out of delivered + returned orders. RTO and cancelled orders are shown separately.
- Return Penalty - the return shipping charge Meesho takes on customer returns.
- Ads Cost - from the ads sheet of your payment file, placed in the month the ads were for.
- Packaging - your packaging cost per order x every order that was shipped.
Money that is still coming
Orders that are shipped but not paid yet are not hidden. The Pending Payout card shows how much stock value is tied up in them, how much they will probably pay (based on what the same SKU really paid before), and what your profit will look like if they deliver - and after taking out your usual return rate.
Every order in one table
Below the cards, every order of the period is listed with its status (Delivered, Returned, RTO, Cancelled, Pending), what it paid, what it cost and what it earned. Filter by status, search by sub-order number or SKU, and export to Excel (CSV).
Warnings that save you from wrong numbers
If a SKU has no cost price yet, or orders are still waiting for a payment file, the dashboard says so at the top - so you never read a profit that is too good to be true.
How to start

Connect your Meesho account once (or upload your Orders and Payment files).

Add the cost price of your SKUs - new SKUs are asked for automatically.

Pick a date range, a marketplace or an account. The numbers update straight away.
Questions about this feature
Why is my profit different from what Meesho shows?
Meesho shows order value. AuraSeller uses the final settlement amount after commission, shipping, returns and penalties, then takes out your own product, packaging, ads and fixed costs.
What if a payment has not come yet?
The order is shown as Pending. Its expected payout is shown separately, so your profit for settled orders stays correct.
