Privacy policy

This policy explains how AuraSeller ("AuraSeller", "we") handles information when you use auraseller.online, the AuraSeller web app, the helper app and the Chrome extension (together, the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google. If you set a password, we store only a secure scrambled version (hash), never the password itself.
• Business data you bring in: orders, payments, ads cost and returns from the report files you upload or that the helper fetches from your seller account; your product cost prices and settings; seller account names and IDs; saved listing profiles and Bulk Lister data.
• Payment records: if you choose to support us, the amount, date and payment reference from our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details - Razorpay handles them.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or email, and your email address if you ask to be told about new tools.
• Technical data: basic logs such as the time of a request and errors, which we use to keep the Service working and secure.

Your marketplace login

You log in to Meesho (or Flipkart) yourself, on the marketplace's own website, in a Chrome window opened by the helper app on your computer. Your marketplace password is never sent to us. The login session is kept on your own computer so you do not have to log in every day.

How we use your information

• To run the Service: calculate your profit, show your reports and keep your data in sync across your devices.
• To manage your account and to process any support payments.
• To answer your messages and give support.
• To tell you about important changes to the Service. We send marketing emails only if you asked for them, and you can stop them any time.
• To keep the Service safe and find and fix problems.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share your business data with anyone for their marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting, database, sign-in and payment providers), only as much as they need, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists, so your history is there when you come back. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and business data, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records for tax purposes).

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in secured cloud databases with access limited to what is needed to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a problem affects you.

Your choices and rights

• See and export your data from the app (for example, CSV exports).
• Correct your details in the app or by writing to us.
• Ask us to delete your account and data by writing to support@auraseller.online from your account's email address.

Cookies and local storage

The app uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember simple preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app.
